Although more than 600,000 people follow him, most wouldn’t recognize Zach Tutor’s name, much less his face. To them, he’s Supersonic Art, a Tumblr account that’s been dedicated to New American art since 2010. Zach has been curating well-attended shows in San Francisco and New York for more than a decade now, and he routinely showcases up-and-coming artists from around the world.
But in Oxford, Mississippi, where Zach grew up and currently lives, he’s just his father’s son, another Mississippi artist.
