Good Eats: Reloaded takes old episodes of Good Eats, scalpels them apart, and puts them back together with updated recipes and new context. The first season was honored as a 2019 James Beard Award finalist for the episode “Steak Your Claim.”
Working closely with writer, director, and star Alton Brown over two seasons, I dug up information on topics ranging from the pseudo-science underpinning the bone broth craze to the convoluted history of chicken Kiev.
